Fathers Forward, an APEC Fatherhood Initiative Program is generously funded by the Children's Trust Fund of Alabama.

This project was designed to reduce childhood abuse and neglect by encouraging the increased involvement of fathers.

National Fatherhood Initiative - National Fatherhood Initiative’s mission is to improve the well being of children by increasing the proportion of children growing up with involved, responsible, and committed fathers. Institute for Responsible Fatherhood & Family Revitalization - The Institute for Responsible Fatherhood & Family Revitalization a home-based grassroots non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to encouraging fathers to become involved in the lives of their children in a loving, compassionate, and nurturing way. Be a Fan of Your Kid! - Whether it's doing homework together, playing catch or reading a story, fathers can enjoy being a fan of their kid. This public service campaign provides tips, suggestions and resources for fathers on positive fathering and role modeling. This program provides a wealth of information on positive fathering skills and a forum to learn from both experts and other dads, plus sharing resources, activities, and experiences about fatherhood. www.beafanofyourkid.org

Fathers forward publishes a semi-annual newsletter for Dads to discuss positive parenting and activities for you and your children.
